To find out how to perform certain tasks, or how the features of the program work, single click on an item in the TABLE OF CONTENTS.  The LINK will take you to that portion of the manual which will answer your question.  If you are still uncertain, or something is unclear after reading the manual...email your question to support@sg1.us.

YOUR DESKTOP WORKSPACE section - this is the starting point that each user sees when they access the program.

PEOPLE section - this is where you start if you need to know information about someone.

Key ISSUE section - this section is contained inside the PEOPLE section of KeyNET.  It is the section you access to perform all Key Issue Operations.

Lockshop section - this section is for Locksmiths.  It contains all aspects of lockshop operations, such as Key ID, core location, number of keys cut, hook assignments etc.

AUTHORIZATIONS  section - this section provides information about the two authorization methods utilized in KeyNET.  If you are a KeyNET PRO or Ultra user, you can assign authorization by individual room, department, or use the automated features of eKeyRequest.

eKeyRequest - a SPECIAL add-on module which allows individuals to create their own key requests, perform AUTO-JOIN functions, route the request through Authorization paths, while tracking the status of each request and notify the requestor when keys are available for pickup.

eSignature - a SPECIAL add-on module which allows for the storage of signatures, electronically.

eKeyOrder -a SPECIAL add-on module, used with MKI, which allows ISSUE POINTS to order keys electronically.  The eKeyOrder can even be routed through Authorization paths, and maintain chargeback information.
